Hi, I’m Howard Cannon of Restaurant Consultants of America.

Since 1987, we have served the Restaurant Industry by offering world-class quality advice and consultation regarding Restaurant Concept Feasibility and Feasibility Studies & Analysis.

I am the author of several books, dozens of articles, and more than a hundred industry speeches and interviews pertaining to “Restaurant Concepts, Feasibility and Business ”; and, in fact, I am the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Starting a Restaurant© – volumes I & II. These books are found in bookstores in 76 countries around the globe. Tens of thousands of people that aspire to own and operate their own restaurants, from every walk of life, have read them.
